Dangers of Plastic Surgery

Cosmetic surgeries are now done with new techniques and equipments. The risks in plastic surgery still are the same. There are a number of risks that the patient might face. This can sometimes because of the working of the patients and mostly due to errors of he surgeons. It is important that the patient is aware of the risks. The errors can be very dangerous. Some of them lead to scaring and disfiguring. Some errors can cost the patient his life.

The problems of plastic surgery are different from one person to another. Patients are physically troubled if the surgery goes wrong. If the patient does not like the surgery done then he may also be emotionally and psychologically troubled.

The most usual risk in case of cosmetic surgeries is scars. Plastic surgeries leave scars on the body which cannot be removed. Sometimes they can be removed but will require another surgery. Some scars fade away with time, but some remain permanent. A successful surgery heals faster and so do the scars.

In the breast augmentation procedure the marks in the plastic surgery are concealed below the line of the breast. Facial scars may occur due to errors by surgeons. Damage of the nerve is also possible in process of a plastic surgery. This is very dangerous as it can effect the functioning of any part of the body. Procedure of doing the surgery is where most of the risk lies. tissue injury, early aging and irregular developing features are some of the problems that can occur with time due to facial surgery.

Other risks include damage of the tissue, allergic reaction as a result of the virus and the sedative, staining of the skin, nerve or sensory injury in the region of the surgery and scar tissue. These kinds of problems mainly occur in breast plastic surgeries.

Mind the health of the patient of the patient must be considered by the surgeon. smoking, diabetes and allergies and other health conditions of the patients must be taken into account before going in for surgery. Decreased post functioning care, offensively executed procedures and the surgical mistakes are the most common problems with these surgeries. The patient must thoroughly know about the surgeon and if possible about the surgeries he has done in the past. A surgeon must be selected on the basis of his success ratio and his experience. All these factors are very important.
